Welcome to HireWell Nigeria. By accessing or using our website, services, training programs, or recruitment support, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.


1. About HireWell Nigeria

HireWell Nigeria is a training-first talent development, recruitment, and placement platform. We prepare, verify, and support job seekers and connect them with employers across domestic and corporate roles.

HireWell Nigeria is not an employment guarantor and does not function as a job-selling platform.


2. Eligibility

To use HireWell services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Have the legal right to work or hire within Nigeria

HireWell reserves the right to deny or suspend access if false or misleading information is provided.


3. Services for Job Seekers

No Job Guarantee

HireWell Nigeria does not guarantee employment.

We prepare and support candidates through:

  • Employability and skills training

  • Verification and credibility checks

  • Professional preparation and placement support

Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.


What Job Seekers Pay For

Job seekers do not pay to “buy jobs.”

Fees (where applicable) cover:

  • Training and employability preparation

  • Verification and background checks

  • CV, profile, and interview support

  • Placement facilitation and follow-up support


When Job Seekers Pay Placement Fees

Placement-related fees (if applicable) are only payable after successful placement, not before.


4. Services for Employers

HireWell provides:

  • Trained and vetted candidate sourcing

  • Verification and screening support

  • Domestic, corporate, contract, and temporary staffing

  • Post-placement follow-up and replacement support (where applicable)


Employer Fees & Refunds

Employer fees are communicated clearly before payment.

Refunds are not automatic and are subject to:

  • The agreed replacement policy

  • The specific service rendered

  • The terms shared prior to engagement

HireWell does not refund fees for completed services already delivered.


5. Hiring Responsibility

HireWell facilitates matching and preparation, but:

  • Employers retain full responsibility for hiring decisions

  • Employers must conduct final interviews and assessments

  • Employers are responsible for contracts, salaries, and work conditions

HireWell is not liable for employer-employee disputes.


6. Verification & Accuracy

While HireWell conducts reasonable verification and screening:

  • We rely on information provided by candidates and referees

  • We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of third-party data

  • Employers are encouraged to conduct additional due diligence where necessary


7. Payments & Security

All payments on HireWell Nigeria are processed securely via Paystack.

HireWell does not store card or banking information on its servers.


8. Limitation of Liability

HireWell Nigeria shall not be liable for:

  • Failure of a candidate to secure employment

  • Staff performance issues beyond agreed support terms

  • Employer or employee misconduct

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the scope of services paid for.


9. Account Suspension

HireWell reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user:

  • Provides false information

  • Engages in fraudulent activity

  • Abuses staff, candidates, or employers

  • Violates these Terms


10. Changes to Services

HireWell may update services, pricing, or processes as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated where applicable.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
